Halloumi

8.8 oz. Halloumi This is an excellent cheese for the grill! It originated on the island of Cyprus and is made with sheep's milk and a hint of mint. It has the texture of mozzarella and the salty taste of feta. It can be sliced but not crumbled. When thin slices of the cheese are placed in a hot non-stick pan, the outside will rapidly become golden brown, while the center melts.
