Our Extra Aged cheddars vary in years depending on the availability. Below is what we have in stock. Each cheese is uniquely different in taste and sharpness. They have an excellent aged flavor and sure to please any palate wanting that extra "bite" on the tongue! Each aged cheddar is cut to a 1 lb brick.
